Online Nutritional Coaching

I wanted to hire a coach due to menopausal related weight gain.  I needed someone to keep me on track and hold me accountable.

I chose Marcus because when I gained weight during covid, he was recommended to me and I found his nutrition plan and guidance to be both flexible and motivating.

He never lectured, and always kept me focused. I have never had weight issues until 2020, and once I got on his plan, I kept the weight off - until 2025 and menopausal shift hit. He got me back on track again!

Marcus got me to refocus, shift my priorities and as a result I lost 24.2 pounds in 12 weeks!! 

The biggest result I achieved aside from the weight loss (which of course is great) is that I had a big increase in energy, confidence, and appreciation that my body still works! (metabolism is still there).  But, this is also a reminder that at my age, I cannot eat the way I used to.  "Moderation" becomes more about discipline.  So if you are going to indulge, choose your timing wisely. 

I like Marcus' nutrition plan because he does not eliminate certain foods.  I find certain fad diets such as Keto etc., to be difficult to stick to because your body craves what it doesn't get.  Because his plan allows for carbs, fat, and protein, and some room for "treats" (i.e. a glass of wine), hunger is not an issue.

Marcus has been there for me twice now and I appreciate it, thank you!
