ONLINE NUTRITIONAL COACHING & PERSONAL TRAINING

I decided to contact Marcus because I was unhappy with my diet habits and the physical toll it was taking on my body. I'd hit a wall as far as helping myself and was looking for expert advice and help. 

A coworker highly recommended Marcus and I liked what I saw on his website, Facebook as well as Instagram accounts...I especially liked the advice and tips he posted on Instagram. His website showed realistic results and I really liked his holistic approach to weight loss.

We implemented an overhaul of my diet, sleep habits and activity levels. I also worked out in the gym with him 1x per week which gave me the new confidence needed to work out on my own!

I achieved greater weight loss than I have ever achieved on my own working with Marcus as well as a better understanding of my body and how the right portions of nutritious foods can still result in weight loss while maintaining or even improving energy levels. 

I also loved the additional support via text and email as I found him and his program very accessible.
