ONLINE NUTRITIONAL COACHING

I started working with Marcus because one day I got out of the shower and looked in the mirror and I didn’t recognize myself. I knew it was time to get my health in order. 

A friend of mine had had great success with Marcus and she gave me his contact information, it actually took me quite some time before I knew I was ready to take on the challenge! 

We knocked over 59lbs off my body!!!!! We worked through an eating plan that I felt I could live with long term and as a result I have smaller pants and more self confidence! 

I really liked the positive encouragement from Marcus each week. It was nice to be validated for the hard work I was putting in and it was also nice to have someone who was understanding during times of unforeseen injuries. I wasn’t crazy about taking the pics lol, even though I knew they were necessary, it was a very hard thing for me as I was very self conscious about my body. 

I just wanted to thank you Marcus very much for your help to get me where I am today, for now I’m finally happy!
