ONLINE NUTRITIONAL COACHING

After going to the gym regularly for over 2 years after moving to the United Kingdom, I was not getting the results I thought I deserved. I realized that no matter how much I went to the gym my diet was the problem. I needed someone to tear down the diet and build back it up while making the right choices. 

Marcus used to knock on my door as a young whippersnapper asking to play road hockey and basketball. I had been monitoring his Facebook page and was very impressed with the transformations of his other clients! 

Marcus provided me with a weekly detailed meal plan for 8 weeks. After touching base, weekly, he provided a new detailed meal plan and he was available to answer any questions that I thought up, no matter how ridiculous! As a result I leaned out quite a bit and lost some of the "excess baggage" I had been carrying around! 

I noticed changes in my energy levels, mood and body composition almost immediately and my main goals were achieved as I have been able to soak up Marcus' broad knowledge of what a truly, healthy diet is.  It's all about lifestyle changes!

Overall, a great experience! Thanks again! I appreciate you keeping me focused and on point throughout. I look forward to maintaining and applying the changes to my diet moving forward!
