Julia Lost 10 Pounds via Online Nutritional Coaching!
I had always told myself that post kids I would want to get back into shape and I knew that I needed accountability somewhere. I needed direction and guidance because I have always tried different diets on my own but I generally plateaued and never got the results I wanted and would be discouraged and therefore give up. So I knew I needed something different and to work with someone to coach me through it.
I love that Marcus was able to offer a customized nutritional program and that he would be able to assess my progress through photos as well as weekly questions so I could be anywhere in the world and still be able to connect with him for our program.
We worked on fine tuning my nutrition and we identified the foods that made me feel not so great and now I feel like I am much more in tune with my body and its reactions to what I eat. We also worked on staying active, movement, stress management and sleep…these other lifestyle aspects were always emphasized!
I also wanted to become stronger and to lead a more active lifestyle as well as tone up. I do feel like I came out of the program overhauling my lifestyle and now I’m very active and loving it. I feel much stronger and I also feel like I toned up a lot and am on a good journey to continue with this momentum to get even more fit!
I loved that I was able to contact Marcus about new foods I would like to incorporate into my diet and he would help me break down how much I could have portion wise.Thanks so much for your guidance throughout these past months Marcus, I’m happy to be taking care of my body and leading a healthier, more active lifestyle!
